Home inspections in Rockwall, TX
A town named for a wall nobody can fully explain. In 1852, settlers digging a well east of Dallas hit a long, straight underground rock formation that looked man-made. They named the town after it. A century and a half later, geologists still study it, and we still think it is the best founding story a foundation inspector could ask for.

The natural rock dike that gave Rockwall its name runs for miles beneath the county, sections of it visible in a few excavation sites. Whether nature or something stranger built it, it has outlasted everything above it. We hold the foundations we inspect to a similar standard: they should be boring, stable, and built to outlast the mortgage.
Rockwall wraps around the east shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, from The Harbor entertainment district up through Chandlers Landing and the newer communities off I-30. Water views come with sloped lots, and sloped lots on North Texas clay make drainage the first thing we study on every inspection here.
The county is also a new-construction market. Fate and Royse City, just up the interstate, are adding rooftops as fast as anywhere in the metro, and we carry the same phase-inspection approach there that we use in Collin County.
We serve the whole county, including:
Lakeside estates, golf-course lots, and in-town resales.
Pre-pour through final in Fate, Royse City, and new Rockwall phases.
Sloped and waterfront lots get extra attention on grading and water management.
