A downtown that kept its gazebo
Historic Downtown Carrollton grew up around a rail stop in the 1870s, and the town square with its white gazebo still anchors the neighborhood. Today the A-train and DART Green Line meet blocks away, and the transit-oriented townhomes filling in around the square are some of the newest housing in the city, sitting within sight of some of the oldest.

That contrast defines our Carrollton work. In the established neighborhoods off Josey Lane and Keller Springs, we are dating water heaters, checking 1970s panels, and reading slab behavior on mature lots. In the downtown infill and along Hebron Parkway, we are checking builder workmanship on structures that are barely broken in.
